    Big Book Step Study Announcements


    1) History of the Big Book - would anyone like to help write a history of the Big Book, how it applies to AA, and how Big Book Step Study played a role in the "getting back to basics" of AA? Please email webmaster@bigbookstepstudy.com to discuss.

    2) There have been several meetings that have been removed. Some people have stated they have gone to some meetings that were listed and the meetings were not Big Book Step Study. We appologize but we don't have a contact from every meeting. If you would like to be a contact for your meeting please let us know. We can add you. It will be helpful for someone to come to a city or state and have someone to call to ask about the meeting. They do it in OA why can't we do it here?

    3) Congratulations to the Lake Worth, Florida Big Book Step Study Men's meeting. They just had thier 16th anniversary.

    4) There is a treatment center in Florida that is Big Book Step Study focused. Because of traditions we will not post details on the center. You can email webmaster@bigbookstepstudy.com for more information. We can tell you that everyone that goes to the treatment center is required to have a Big Book Step Study Sponsor and do the step out of the big book. They have had a high success rate as a result.
